LLC Formation Advice

I was struggling with which state to form my LLC and also interested in the Series LLC. One of my close friends is an attorney and he suggested that I form the LLC in our home state (MA).

Question: Does anyone have any recommendations for which online legal formation company to use?  Like legalzoom, swyftfilings.com, incorporate.com
