Good recommendation from @George Blower you can roll over the 401k later if you want alternative investments. @Justin Windham also makes a good point of using contributors in the BP community if you know your 401k is buying real estate or other alternative investments.

If you are simply looking to make pretax contributions and solely invest in equities, then a big box company like Fidelity Investments or Schwab may be your best bet.
