Purchase Agreement

Does anyone have a good purchase agreement that they can share? I'm looking for a contract that will give me the option of assigning to another investor/end buyer or purchasing the property. I'd like to see what people are including in their agreements before I have my attorney draft one.

Justin, unless your agreement say otherwise you always have the right to assign. Its a defaulted right even though most agreements will have a clause which states the ability.

Shoot me an email and I will send you a copy of mine.
