Foreign National looking for lender

Hi all, I'm a foreign national from Canada. I have investment properties in a few states and looking for more. I am finding it extremely difficult to find good LTV and good rates to refi and scale. Does anyone have recommendations on the lender that has a really good product for my situation I have an ITIN and LLCs.

 Hey Lianne, 

On Foreign National DSCR Loans, you may refinance up to 70% of the appraised value. You qualify based off foreign national credit or U.S. credit (at least 1 FICO score must show on the report).

If your FICO is above 740, DSCR is pricing at 8.5%-8.9% on a Foreign National loan.
