Looking for STR Co-Host (Louisville, KY)

Hello,

I am a few months away from renovations being completed on a STR/AirBNB. Very excited. I'd like this to be more passive. Could anyone recommend a co-host based in Louisville or who services Louisville?

Much appreciated.

1. Make sure you can have your property as STR first with the CUP or property zoning (if you have not already).

2. You might want to consider a true STR property manager to maximize revenue and your time. I would recommend Keysource for that.
