Low down payment financing

Hi bp members, 

I live in Fort Wayne Indiana, and I'm looking for a bank or credit union that will lend on an investment property that doesn't require a 25% + down payment. Preferably I'd like to pay 10-15% down instead. If anybody knows of a place, I'd really appreciate some recommendations?

Fannie Mae has a program that allows investors to pay 10% down.  Call banks and ask if they finance Fannie Mae Homepath mortgages.
