Please join me in congratulating @Tina Sandoval and @Patrick Scifres of CrestCore Realty for being inducted into the Memphis Area Assoc. of Realtors Multi Million Dollar Club (MMDC) tonight!

In order to qualify for the MMDC, an agent has to sell over $3.5 million of real estate in 2016 or close 30 transactions. Tina and Patrick qualified on both accounts (by dollar volume and by # of transactions!). And, all of their sales were investment properties!

Great job to both of them!
