Hello BP community. I've been studying with BP and a 30 year veteran for about 7 weeks now. I've been researching many properties and I'm looking to do my first deal within the next 45 days. I'm focusing on Buy and Hold, Fix and Flip, and BRRRR strategies. I would like to meet up with potential investors in the Central New Jersey area. Leveraging BP and having a savvy mentor will take you a long way to achieving your goals. 

One piece of advice I would leave you with would be to focus on 1 of the strategies your mention. Being laser focused on one strategy rather than 3 may lead to earlier success.
