Hello - looking for a local RE attorney that knows about zoning laws and how they get changed in Memphis.  

I have equitable interest in 2 parcels and need a BPO to determine fair value - these parcels are commercial/industrial and in EMP zone.  I also am looking for a rock star agent to sell these 2 parcels.  if you are willing and able to list an equitable interest property and/or have buyers please reach out.  

Hello All.  I'm a NJ investor.  I'm looking to diversify to be in the area of where the new Honda plant will be.  I've looked at Washington Court House and Wilmington, and surrounding areas.  Seeking local investors,  experts, and trades workers to meet up and team up with so we can do some remote investing together.  I will be in Cincinnati for a seminar on the weekend of the Aug 19th and will stay around to Tuesday or Wednesday depending on who and how many meetings I can get.  Make me stay longer lol. 

If you know of an REIA meetings during my short stay thats great info too.

Hello - looking to establish relationships with successful GC's that know how to work with out of state investors.  This includes walking property and collaborating on SOW and providing cost estimates.  Prefer someone that knows how to save money on projects by reusing salvageable material and/or parts.  Should also be creative for complex and/or "weird" requirements.  Must be honest, reliable, and willing to communicate via phone, video call, and text, up to several times a week during project.   I am working with an RE agent in Columbus currently and have various projects in mind.
