@Dan LaFontaine did 1,2 no luck. NJ foreclosure doesn't clear UCC liens. Go figure. Will try the other ideas. Thanks.
@Trevor Bragg - not sure what you mean?

Looking at a bank owned property with solar panels. Of course they say, they - the bank- have no info on if panels are owned, leased, subject to a lien, etc. Anyone know how I can find out this info?

Closing on house soon and need bids from quality GC with experience in the Holiday City. Prefer someone that is investor friendly. Looking to build a relationship with the right team for more projects down the road. This is a big project that required new roof, windows, floors, kitchen, bath etc.

Have a house under contract and I'm looking to do a flip in HCB. Preferably want someone that has done several if not more flips in HCB so they are familiar with model layouts, and HOA requirements. Someone that has material supppliers and can provide me with samples to choose from. This is a full reno project requiring roof, windows, doors, flooring, plumbing repair, etc. Please be prepared to provide pictures of work and references. Thank you.

Hello - I'm looking for a contract for a new general contractor for a flip i'm doing. What do people use, in general? I'm looking for something with timelines, milestones, etc. This is my first flip with a contractor that I've not worked with before. On my other projects, it was someone I was very familiar with so this really wasn't an issue.

@Chris Boselli bravo! Since you are from MA, I have a couple of questions as I am looking to go out of state as well, I'm in NJ. How did you pick your market and how did you find the property? Did you visit the property or buy sight unseen? How did you develop your local (TN) team? Was your refi an FHA loan or something else? Anything else you can shed light on investing long distance is appreciated. Thanks!
