Proof of funds needed for assignment contracts
I just attended a 3 day seminar on how
to flip properties, I've been in real estate
for 25 years but not actively flipping
properties, I just sold my NYC condo
in NYC and will close in two weeks.l
I have a few sources of preforeclosures,
and bank owned condos that I
am pursuing at 60% below market value
would need proof of funds to do
either assignment contracts
