Hi, your service sounds amazing, I'm in NYC waiting

but don't have money till I close.

that i want  to flip

I just  attended a 3 day seminar on how
to flip properties, I've been in real estate
for 25 years but not actively flipping
properties, I just sold my NYC condo
in NYC and will close in two weeks.l

would need proof of  funds to do
