Do you need a certain type of license in order to start doing property management? I am in the North Dakota and Minnesota area.

In North Dakota and Minnesota property management activities, such as leasing property, are considered real estate activity and require an active broker license. This includes anyone who lists, negotiates, signs agreements or otherwise partakes in leasing activities.
