I Got Busted Slumming

A neighborhing landlord sent me this picture of my gate behind one of my rentals:

The privacy tarp needs replacement. He asked me to join him in improving the look of the alley.

Usually it's me requesting these types of improvements from other landlords.

I wanted to share this occurrence for the following reasons:

1. A picture is so effective when talking to other owners

2. The fellow landlord is currently improving his property and has merit.

3. We have each others contact information and are able to communicate

4. After dealing with feeling of embarrassment, I'm determined to quickly resolve this matter.

5. My efforts to get other landlords to raise expectations of what's acceptable is working.

Have you ever been busted like this?

@Jerry K.

Those slats look fine until the neighbour's snowblower spits crushed rock at them when its -30C. Of course, Al wouldn't have to worry about that scenario ;)
