Pet Fee for "Aggressive Fish Breed"

A story that's gone viral courtesy of TiKTok. Woman charged $200 pet fee for her "Aggressive fish" plus a $15/mo pet fee.

Article here:https://www.inman.com/2023/02/...

Reading this peaked my curiosity for what others are doing in terms of their pet policies for reptiles and aquatic animals. Do folks use gallon or weight restrictions for the tanks? If someone has 12 snakes do you allow all of them under one set fee? Looking to write up an official pet policy so any input and or suggestions are openly welcomed!

I charge a certain price for dogs and cats, per animal, and I set a limit of no more than two animals per rental. If the dog is on my "aggressive breed" list, then I double the monthly fee for that animal.

Animals kept in cages or aquariams (birds, reptiles, spiders, fish) are charged a smaller monthly fee, must be kept in a container smaller than 20 gallons, and there are still limits to the number allowed.

Connect with me and send a request and I can share my animal policy.
