Emotional Support PIGS!

That’s right. I’ve heard it all now. We have a person wanting to rent our property with not one but two emotional support pigs! One weighs over 100 pounds. Anyone have prior experience on what kind of damage these animals do to LVP floors? We asked them to submit their documentation to PetScreening.com to verify the emotional support status. Any other recommendations?

Know the law. Print this off. Highlight it. Study it. Develop your standards and stick to them.
