Landlord tenant responsibilities

In Florida i live/rent in a single family home that was devided into four separate units almost like a house hack but the water/plumbing and electrical is spread use on one main devided between all four units, just to give perspective....

My question is based around I'm about to renew my renters lease with (same landlord)/ [new management], first we didn't receive our new lease agreement about two weeks after our End of lease/renewal date. Not 30 day's prior to end of lease.

My question is the new lease a stating tenants are now responsible for HVAC systems duct, Plumbing, and electrical systems.

Mind you the home was set up unit by unit at different dates/times previous to my occupancy.

I understand my own responsibility for upkeep and basic applications, but should i be responsible for the overall systems functions if I'm not aware of issues that could occur from past negligence?

Quote from @Isaac Velez:

This is not a normal requirement. Your Landlord is attempting to take advantage of you and the other renters by making you responsible for maintaining systems that are the Landlord's responsibility. What he's doing is not illegal, but it's not something I would agree to as a renter. This whole situation sounds sketchy and I would consider looking for another place to live.
