Hey BP Family! Was curious to know what are the raise in rent rules for Section 8. Currently looking to raise rent on tenant and was curious to know will they pay more out of pocket or will the government cover the raise in rent? Hopefully my question makes sense.

Contact your Section 8 office and they will provide you the instructions for implementing a rent increase.
