Bath tub repaint or epoxy

I have a tenant moving out at the end of the month and the tub needs some TLC. Nothing too crazy but wondering what will last longer since it’s a rental, reglaze or epoxy?

I had a tub reglazed in 2017 for $300. The tub looked brand new and came with a textured, slip-free bottom that was so much better than the original. Well worth the price and the tub still looks brand new to this day.
