NW Ohio Lease Agreement

Colton Carew
Posted

Hello,

I am currently in the process of closing on a duplex near Lima, Ohio that I will be house-hacking by living in one of the units for a couple of years. I will be moving to Ohio from New York and this is my first investment property.

I have located an attorney to work with, based out of Columbus, but I am looking for local support within the BP mafia as well.

Is there anyone in relative proximity to Lima that is willing to share a copy of their lease agreement? It would be great going into first discussions with my attorney with a solid basis to work off of.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

BiggerPockets has a Lease Agreement Package under "TOOLS" at the top of your screen. $100 for a lease and several other documents (FREE FOR PRO MEMBERS!) written by investors and attorney-approved for your state. It's better than what you'll get from most attorneys and what you'll find on the internet.
