Tenant paying for garbage collection?

I have a rental in a new rural development that does not have city garbage pickup. Most neighbors just use local dumpster providers, is it my responsibility to pay for the dumpster? Should the tenant arrange for it and pay for it?

Tenants should always pay for their own utilities, whenever possible.

@Micah Loewen I only pay for one dumpster out of 8 properties. I have buildings where the tenants pay for town trash bags and buildings where tenants pay a trash service.

I mostly keep the 1 dumpster because sometimes either myself or my contractor uses it too.

You can pass it on to the tenant or you can pay it. you should be following what every one else in the area is doing.
