advice on tenant issue...

Looking for some advice on a tenant issue.  I have a tenant who I believe to be on some type of heavy drug like herion, or meth ...

I recently inspected the property it was full of garbage everywhere some hording, it's just trashed.  Really need to get them out, my plan is to give them 60 day notice prior to lease expiring in May of 2025, that they need to move out due to the owner will be remodeling and selling the unit.  These tenants were rented by the owner, I'm just managing the property more than 7 years ago.  They pay on time, the place I'm sure is causing roaches and mice for other units due to their living style, with the garbage and hording etc.  Any thoughts on getting them out earlier,?

Quote from @Vincenzo Peter Manzella:

This is why landlords or managers should inspect every property at least once a year. Seven years is a lot of time for someone to cook meth in the bathroom and destroy a home.

Why wait until the lease is over? Why give them 60 days to find another rental? If it were me, I would get them out now so you can clean/renovate during the winter and get it on the market in early Spring.
