Window screens
Hello from Utah, so my question is, on a rental property, would you replace window screens? All The screens in my rental are in pretty bad shape. In Utah it's pretty cut and dry, it's either hot or cold so the windows are seldom open. The rental does have forced air and heat. What do you think?

I would say to fix the window screens. This gives them an option to open the windows at night to cool off the house. If they can open the windows, it can lower their power cost because they are not running the AC all night. If their power bill is too high, they will pay that before they pay rent.
