Bed Bug Addendum

Hello BP fam!

So what are your thoughts on providing a Bed Bug addendum along with your lease agreement? Is it legal in your state? I reside in Minnesota, and do not see anything that prohibits from having tenants sign an addendum but maybe some people can weigh in on this and if its a good idea to include or not?

Thanks!!

If it's not specifically written in law that you can't do something, then you can.

I learned that when I was creating my lease and had a question regarding smokers. I didn't want smokers but wasn't sure if it was legal to put "No smoking" in my leases.
