Hey Biggerpockets. Anybody knows the best way to find out an approximate number for the rent I can get from a property? I know I can just look at comps. However, in some areas in Baltimore City is difficult to find stable numbers. Thanks.

I've been doing a search on Craigslist and taking the average.
