Im looking for an online payment service that will allow my tenants to pay me directly. I’ve been using Retalutions but got really bad feedbacks from my tenants. None of them managed to use this service.

Thanks!

@Doron Rice

I use ERentPayment.com for tenants to pay me directly.....They are easy to use....They only charge $3.00 per transaction so to keep it simple I roll it into what the tenant pays for rent....i.e. If the rent is $1,920.00 per month....I have them actually pay $1917.00 to erentpayment so their total out of pocket is still $1920.00 per month.

I al;so tell the tenants that erentpayment also reports to Transunion/Equifax so as they continue to make payments on time this can help them establish better credit which eventually can help them become owners instead of renters some day
