New owner wants to increase rent?
So the new owner wants to increase the rent but I can't afford it. But the property needs a lot of work. I saw that I have the right to look for a new place for 60 days without paying is that true? And so could you give me link of it to show him.

Man, we really need a "Laugh out loud" emoticon here. Who here is going to give you a link to any kind of information that allows you to stay in a residence for 60 days without paying? If you can't afford the rent, you should move to a cheaper rental. Or try to negotiate something different with the landlord. Or buy your own house. Why would you want to stay in some place that needs a lot of work anyway?
