Does anyone have any suggestions for Property Management Software for a small company? We have 16 units right now but plan on growing. AppFolio just told me they have a 50 unit minimum. Thanks

TenantCloud is free for up to 75 units. I am a property manager with 300 units and have used Propertyware and Buildium. I tried TenantCloud for a friend and was impressed with how much it could do and how easy it is to use. You need to upgrade to use the online payment feature but their top paid version is only $35 a month. I don't think you can beat that with anyone else.
