Reporting rent to credit bureaus

Does anyone here report their tenants to the big 3 credit bureaus? Im just begining to look into it and it seems its easier to report a late payment if you are also reporting timely payments. I feel like this would be a good incentive, knowing that it could build credit, being on time, or that it could tank their score if they are late.

Also i have more than one tenant that could be a potential buyer of a property at some time in the short future, maybe 2 years.  I think it would be in both of our interests  for them to have a higher credit score and be more capable of getting financing so i could cash out after the home is depreciated.

Thoughts ?
