Rental Lease Agreement - Printed on Both sides, or just one side?

I have an 11-page Rental Lease Agreement and I am curious to know...is it better to print it on both sides (front and back) or is it better to have single sheets (11 pages)?  Is there a "correct way" to do it, or is it just personal preference?

Do what feels best for you . You’ll be the only one reading it !! The judge won’t hardly even skim over it and the tenant sure as heck won’t be reading it lol

Personal preference. The only problem is when people make copies they may fail to copy both sides. As long as you're careful with it, you should be fine.

Single sided is better in case it goes to court and the tenant say they didn't see it's in the back as well, you never know what crazy things can happen in court, better to be safe from that.

I think it’s best to have it single sided. Also, put your initials on each page.

We print our rental agreements on paper, one-sided, with large enough font for the tenants to easily read. No fine print. We also set 1 inch margins because if the documents are ever used in court, the court in our jurisdiction requires it.

I prefer to use single sided leases. Aside from the initial signing tenants will very rarely actually ever read their lease. If they ever do, or a situation arises where I instruct them to read their lease, you need to make it as idiot proof as possible.  Make sure you also number the pages and each line itum clearly. Idiot proof.

@Ray Istas If you are signing the lease in person I do not think it matters either way. Personal preference.

I think it is just a personal preference. There is no legal requirement on that. Just make sure you won't miss any signatures due to both sides. I personally prefer to use DocuSign (esign) or print at both side to save trees.
