Seeking advice on credit screening

What services/companies do you recommend for credit checks?   This would be for a condo rental in the state of Alabama. Thanks for any suggestions and possible cost.

Use the magnifying glass in the upper-right of this screen. Type in "Tenant Screening" and you'll find many forums, blogs, and other resources that have been discussed ad naseum. There are tons available, usually free to the Landlord, and it's just a matter of trying several and determining which one you prefer.
