stating bed bugs, and pest spraying on Illinois Lease

Hello All !  I have just finished up a unit, and am now looking to rent out. I  would like to put a clause in my lease stating bed bugs.  I just had a local pest company come out check/ spray/ and confirm it is clear of any.  Does anyone have any clauses in there leases for this, if so,  could you please share with me on how it is worded on lease?  I am in the State of Illinois.  Thank You!

@Rich Beam your lease can't cover every possible scenario and should only focus on the most common problems. What would happen if you addressed bed bugs but fail to address cockroaches? Mice? Rabbits burrowing under the house? Bats? Spiders or ants?

A simple, generic "pest control" clause would sufficiently cover all of these. Mine says the tenant is responsible for "ordinary" pest control or anything caused by their living conditions. They handle sugar ants, the occasional mouse, etc. If there's a termite infestation, that would be beyond "ordinary" and handled by me. If the home is free of bed bugs when the tenant moves in then any infestation would be their responsibility because bed bugs travel in on the backs of people.
