I would love to turn the clock back and run a background check to see what popped up on her. I suspect the Landlord didn't even bother to screen them.

P.S. If you ever have to collect rent, don't go beating on someone's door at 10pm!

I know you can't discriminate based on familial status, but any competent landlord has to wonder about renting to a 30 year old who has 6 kids from multiple men and another on the way. That's just asking for drama.
