Tenant not leaving after 30 day notice
We gave the tenant a two month notice for tenant to leave our rental property. There is no rent control in our area. If the tenant doesnt leave the premise what should we do, should I get a lawyer and how soon should I get a lawyer to go to court to evict them. Can I extend there notice for a few more days or will that cause issues when going to court?

Start the eviction immediately. They will probably leave once they realize you are serious and paying an attorney to get rid of them.
This is why I always recommend giving the minimum notice. You tried to be nice and they're abusing your kindness.
