Can someone please advise if I am required to give my tenants who are renting rooms 24 hour notice to enter into the common areas of the house? I am aware I have to give notice when entering into their individual rooms.

Shane, I am only referring to shared living space. even though the kitchen is shared between the tenants, they have a reasonable expectation of privacy from outsiders such as yourself or a contractor. A common laundry room would not fall into the same right of quiet enjoyment.
