Eviction won and nobody in the house
Hi just won the eviction by default and when I go to the house, there is nobody there, but there are still last tenants belongings. Can I change the lock and leave their stuffs out for 30 days for them to collect? Or I still need to contact sheriff and do this while sheriff is there?

You really need to learn the law. READ THIS
I highly recommend you purchase "Every Landlord's Legal Guide" by NOLO. It's one of the best books out there with a ton of practical advice about managing rentals and it includes all the state specific laws. They update it every year and they have a web site full of information for free.
I also recommend you consider hiring a property manager. Yes, they can cost you 10% of the rent income but a good one will actually put more money in your pocket by protecting your asset, keeping you at market rate, preventing losses due to bad tenants, etc.
