Borrow against my investment property
I have been running into dead ends when looking to take equity out of my 1st investment property I own outright(no mortgage)it's 6 units an mostly all banks will only refinance 4 units???HELOC are starting at way too high a rate

I believe you will need a commercial loan for multifamily over 4 units. Try finding a commercial lender.
