Yes, Commercial lenders, as John said a Multifamily lender and there are out there it's just about having the right connections so you get exposed to them. If you have any more questions reach out.
Thanks....do you know of any lenders who specialize in commercial loans to refinance investment properties...I didn’t think I would run into this resistance being that my wife an I have over an 800 credit score an have a low debt/income ratio

I have been running into dead ends when looking to take equity out of my 1st investment property I own outright(no mortgage)it's 6 units an mostly all banks will only refinance 4 units???HELOC are starting at way too high a rate

Ok thanks.....but they will not give me an umbrella policy due to the fact that one of my buildings is 6 units

I own two investment properties for 10 years with mortgages on both… And would like to transfer the title of the mortgages into an LLC… To which I am finding that no bank wants to… Does anybody know how I can do this

Ok thanks...so I would have to form an LLC first...an than after a few years convert the mortgage in the LLC from my name??but do I have any other options??

How to form an LLC on my existing investment property with a mortgage on the property....I've been having no luck finding a bank that would refinance my mortgage to take it out of my name an put it into an LLC.
