Rentals in wyoming??

I have been looking into investing in a rental property in Wyoming recently, based on lower housing costs and property taxes combined with reasonable comparable rental rates.

Has anyone else here bought property in Wyoming and if so, were there any large surprises that I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance.

I'm an agent, property manager and investor in Cody and Powell. You won't get the cash flow like Ohio or Tennessee but it's Landlord friendly and appreciation is solid
