CALL TO ACTION ON THE STIMULUS BILL!

The negotiations have now begun between the Senate and House on the latest stimulus bill. It is imperative that all landlords and property investors contact their Senators and Representatives to remove the 12 month eviction moratorium in the House bill. If it isn't removed it will ruin the rental business, drive landlords out of the business and ensure a shortage of affordable housing. This is exactly what they claim they want to avoid.

Does anyone else see how nonsensical everything is? We're killing our country to protect ourselves from a virus that is less dangerous than the flu in many states. Colorado has 5.5 million people with less than 900 deaths from COVID-19. That's 0.02% mortality which is far, far less than the flu. In the great State of Wyoming, mortality is 0.0016%. Three times as many people die in car accidents.

Nothing we're doing makes sense based on actual data. I have to believe there are certain individuals that want to destroy our economy to increase their power or line their pockets.
