Tracking Rent payments

Hi Investors,

90% of my tenants pay by either money gram or cashier checks , we implemented online payment through RendRedi app and about 50% use it.

The question is how to keep track of each unit payment and match the monthly total?

I've never used RentRedi but a quick review shows that each tenant should have a tenant ledger that shows charges and payments. What are you missing?
