I need landlords’ opinions on this.

So I’ve mentioned here a few times about my issue with my current landlord and his retaliatory eviction and discrimination etc. some people have believed me and been supportive and some have been dead set that I’m in the wrong.
well tonight he finally responded to me after two months now.
this is all the screenshots of our conversation from tonight. Please give me your honest opinions on this.
I intend to use all of this in court and to talk to a lawyer and sue the f*** out of him.

I stopped 2/3 of the way through. You insist on claiming victim status because of your sexual preferences, but he states he didn't even know you were gay.

From what I've read, you were on a month-to-month, verbal agreement. Is that correct? If so, your Landlord has every legal, moral right to give you proper notice of termination, which he apparently did. You refuse to leave. He refuses to accept your "rent" money because you are not a legal tenant and accepting money from you could be used against him as proof that he accepts your continued residency, which he does not. It also appears he gave you notice to vacate because you did something with the water that you shouldn't have, and it negatively impacted others. It had nothing to do with you being gay, yet you continue playing that song.

You do not have the legal right to stay beyond your contract and hold someone's property hostage. And why would you insist on staying when you clearly hate this Landlord?

You've illegally occupied his rental for many months without paying rent. Why don't you take the money and move to another rental?

I don't support this Landlord's method of communication, but I certainly understand his anger.
