Chicago offers 15 months of rent

It's incredible how generous our government can be with our money. How many people lost their income for 12 months? After accounting for stimulus checks and increased unemployment benefits, how much did they actually lose? I can't wait for journalists of the future to finally do their job and investigate the negative impact of this entire government fiasco.

Side note: this is going to really hit the poor communities hard because they don't have picture ID.
