Rental Agent vs Zillow Rental Manager

Hello,

Few RE agents are approaching me to help me rent my apartment in return they get commissions from prospective tenants. I listed my apartment ad on Zillow rental manager as I get to screen my tenants first hand but I just wanted to know if there is any additional value if I go with a RE agent to rent my apartment. Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks

It doesn't make sense, in my opinion. They will help find someone and get paid, then they walk away. They have no incentive to find you a quality renter because they're just taking the money and walking away. If you want to pay someone, hire a professional property manager that takes long-term responsibility.
