I have a tennate moving out and i need to find a good rental lease. For the new tennate. Anyone have one they would like to share?

You can purchase one from BiggerPockets. Go to TOOLS and LEASE AGREEMENT PACKAGES. Choose the one for your state. These are written by actual investors and approved by an attorney in your state. I have a custom lease I've developed over a decade of managing about 400 rentals and the BP version is just as good as mine.
