Barbara Pinto
Posted

Does anyone what the rental market is like in mount Dora right now? I am looking at buying a triplex, but I want to make sure I’ll be able to get it rented. Mount Dora, Florida

@Barbara Pinto If you send me a dm with the address I can look up rental rates for you. I would agree with Aubrey that the area is growing but rental rate are slightly lower than Orlando. That said so are the purchase prices.
