Even top-dollar Landlords have problems

$16,000 a night and it was rented out to this guy? I'd bet dollars to donuts this guy was not properly screened, and maybe not even screened at all. If he walked in my door and asked to rent a $16,000 unit, I would laugh him out the door before he could even fill out the application.

$300,000 mistake.
