Join us at this location. Aspiring or seasoned or any investors in-between are welcome. We meet 6pm every 2nd Thursday of the month at this same location. From time to time we'll have guest speakers. The objective is to learn, share, maximize your ROi, find deals, financing deals, develop future partnerships and avoid problems, especially losing money. We'll primarily talk and learn about long term and short term rentals. Single family and multi-family properties. This includes flips, BRRRR, wholesale, buy and holds. We'll be meeting in a beautiful 6500 square foot sales gallery.
