and New York with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Having completed more than
100 fix-and-flip projects, he and his wife have built an extensive portfolio of single-family
homes and mobile home rentals.

In the past 18 months, Christian has strategically transitioned his traditional rental portfolio into
Co-living properties, tripling his rental income by leveraging this strategy using the PadSplit
platform. Alongside his wife, Jamie, he co-founded CoLiv Management Services, a company
dedicated to managing their expanding Co-living portfolio and helping other investors achieve
higher returns through this innovative housing model.
