Recent investigative reporting by WJXT highlighted dozens of foreclosure filings and multiple lawsuits tied to subject-to transactions involving BG Ventures Investment Real Estate (also known as BG Investment Group).
According to public court records referenced in the report, properties transferred via subject-to structures allegedly ended up in foreclosure after missed payments — leaving original homeowners exposed because the mortgage remained in their name.
